PREPARE FOR THE INTERVIEW: Most interviews will be conducted virtually and in some cases we will ask you to visit us at our offices, so we recommend that you prepare in advance.

Make sure you dress appropriately.

Treat your video interview as if you were meeting with the team in person. This includes wearing professional attire. Choose something that makes you feel like the best version of yourself.

Arrive early for the on-site interview.

Take your time, check the routes and traffic, get to the offices with 20 minutes so you can check in at the booth and enter the facilities

If the interview is virtual, choose the best location.

Try to find a place with good lighting and free of distractions. You can ask your recruiter for a virtual background if you want to ensure a neutral and professional environment.

Do technical tests.

Before your interview, check the link to the interview, your camera, and your internet connection. Make sure you're familiar with the Video Platform.

Interact with the camera.

Nonverbal communication is challenging in virtual interviews, but it's just as important. Be aware of your facial expressions, body language, and posture during your interview. Frame your camera so that your face is fully visible on the screen, and be sure to make eye contact when talking to the person interviewing you.

Be yourself.

The interview will be more effective if you are yourself, speak honestly and frankly, and show us your personality.

Keep in touch.

If you receive or accept a job offer, use this opportunity to start building lasting relationships with our organization. You will meet passionate and knowledgeable people, which you can take advantage of to expand your professional network.
